The 6' studs are 2 x 4 spruce which gives a quality appearance - where practicable joints are connected with 5/8" plywood truss plates to insure strength and stability All under-construction is made with pressure treated lumber to assure long life -- standard 16" centers or 24" centers upon request.
The floor decking is 5/8" tongue and groove exterior plywood finished with a quality red-wood latex satin. Our windows are weather-tight screened vertical slide or roll-out.
